Endlessly Seeking Peace from a Purpose-Driven Life.

Parent: Self-Actualized.

As humans, born with innate curiosity, each of us are pulled to BECOME. To Grow. To BE fulfilled.

As “Mom”, or “Dad” (so I’m told), we know the dance of change and transition well. We witness our babies become more them”selves” with each passing week, then month, then year.

We KNOW that as your environment shifts, your little one adapts, and then, recognizing their growth you celebrate – or mourn, depending on so many, tiny variables. This emotional one-two step sweeps us away.

Individual moments begin to blur, and – if we let it – our core-sense-of-self begins to slip. We get so caught up in nurturing their growth, we forget we’re our own growing-person.

I’ll be the first to admit that for many years, especially those early ones, we must give more to our children than to ourselves. We must pour the best of us into them so that they understand – through connection to us – what love is, how to bond with another human, and that they have the power to unlock the endless-potential that’s brewing behind those wonder-filled, saucer-sized eyes.

And in doing so, they become our new center.

“They grow so fast”.

We hear this cliché – all the time – for a reason. The sting of the first time they re-affirm their interest in independence stains your brain.

You know – logically – that their pulling away isn’t a negative reflection on your parenting; quite the opposite, really. But, that doesn’t stop a tiny voice in your head from questioning what it means for YOU that your little one needs MORE space to explore their world.

What it means, dear momma, sweet papa, is that you have more space to re-connect with your sense of self, re-assess your own needs, and re-center your growth and fulfillment of your own purpose.

If you’re a parent who’s struggling to live a purpose-driven life and you:

– Need a confidant to celebrate and mourn with.
– Need a place to reconnect, reassess, and re-center with another parent.
– Need a safe space to explore parts of your unknown and get reflective, expert guidance.
– Need to map out your manual for leading a fulfilled life.

My one-on-one coaching container awaits! Our work together will transform your whole life.

This work is not for the faint of heart. I will meet all you brave, peace-seekers in this containers and labor with you into your next phase of being.

To your inevitable Actualization,
