Protected: What’s Your Entrepreneurial Archetype?

Posted in   Seeking Self   on  September 27, 2015 by  Lindsey0

I hope you love my entrepreneur archetype quiz as much as I do!

Check out more about your results below:

Determined Go-Getter
"I believe you have to be willing to be misunderstood if you're going to innovate" — Jeff Bezos
You’ve got drive and ambition and you make crushing goals look easy!

You’ve got a long list of to-do’s and you love checking things off, one-by-one.

Your quick-paced mind and natural aptitude for problem solving make you an amazing entrepreneur and CEO. And your determined go-getter attitude means you're willing to do the work to get to the top of any industry.

Your big challenge? Sometimes you might be a little bit too competitive and you’ve been accused of being a bit too controlling at least once or twice. But it’s all because you can see the big picture and you want to bring everyone up with you.

Enthusiastic Influencer
"Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning." — Robert Kiyosaki
You’re outgoing, charismatic, and a serious inspiration to everyone you meet.

You’re amazing at bringing people together and getting them super excited about anything and everything.

You genuinely care about the people you help and products you sell and your natural enthusiasm helps you make sure that other people do too.

Your big challenge? Sometimes your enthusiasm can feel a little bit like pressure to other people… And when it feels like you might not succeed, you sometimes find it difficult to follow through.

Supportive Mediator
“The only way to change someone’s mind is to connect with them from the heart.” — Rasheed Ogunlaru
You’re a great listener, completely compassionate, and so good at helping people see all the sides of any issue.

People love working with you because they always feel totally supported and your attention to detail is second to none.

You’ve got great ideas and you’re amazing at follow through. Truly, you are a joy to work with.

Your biggest challenge? Sometimes you let people walk (and talk!) all over you, which means that they don’t get the full brilliance of your generosity and brilliance. And you’re sometimes afraid of what the world will ask of you once you step into your full potential.

Meticulous Analyst
"If you really look closely, most overnight successes took a long time." — Steve Jobs
You’re an amazing researcher and you’ve got making big decisions down to a logical science.

There’s nothing you love more than going down an internet rabbit hole to learn everything about a problem before finding the solution.

Your clients love your talented creativity and they sure as heck don’t mind when your meticulous tendencies help every project turn out perfectly.

Your big challenge? Sometimes your perfectionist nature makes it a teensy bit hard for you to hit deadlines. And your quiet introspection sometimes makes people think they can walk all over you.

Regardless of your results, Here is how you can maximize your entrepreneurial journey so you can use your strengths to reach for the top and bring others up with you:...

1. Don’t be shy about asserting yourself! You know what you’re doing and you’ve got the skills to make it happen. Don’t let your soft-spoken nature hold you back from making the right decisions, owning your expertise, and helping your clients achieve their goals.

2. Start taking risks! Sure, change can be scary and risks sometimes fail — but they’re also your best chance to make big things happen in your business!

3. Get organized! It’ll be so much easier to follow through if you know exactly what needs to be done and when to do it. Making it way easier to get things done even when the fear of failure rears its ugly head.

4. Stop looking at life competitively and start looking at it collaboratively. Yes, you’ve got lots of ideas and the ability to make things happen. But your clients and employees have also got lots of great ideas. Even if you don’t agree with them, they’re sure to spark some innovation in you.

5. Next time you’re in a meeting or a client call, try speaking less and listening more. Your brilliant brain is so fast that you sometimes end up cutting people off before they can offer their solutions. But when you listen a bit more carefully, it’ll be way easier to come up with collaborative solutions that work for everyone.

6. Give yourself a break! You’re killing it in life and business. Take a day off and go for a walk in the woods or have a long chat with your bestie. You’ll never crush all of your awesome goals if you burn out!
